The bed linens were exceptionally soft and clean.
The front desk staff was incredibly unhelpful when my husband and I needed assistance. We felt harassed, as our key cards were abruptly deactivated, leaving us unable to access our room and no staff were available to help us at that time.

The breakfast selection was impressive with fresh coffee and a variety of items, although it could be overwhelming for picky eaters. Unfortunately, the room had several issues, including a burned-out light bulb and non-working outlets, which detracted from the experience. Despite being promised a welcome gift, it was not delivered until check-out, highlighting a lack of attention to detail in service. Additionally, the requested wake-up call did not occur, further complicating our stay.

Recommend it for traveling families
The room was big enough for my whole family and very comfortable! ! My daughter loved the pool which was warm and inviting, a definite plus after a long day of driving.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.

Our brief stay was primarily to spend time exploring the Booth Western Art Museum and Lake Allatoona. The breakfast selection offered a decent range, including scrambled eggs and bacon which was a pleasant surprise. The room was spacious and comfortable, ideal after a day of sightseeing. However, it would have been nice if there were more entertainment options available, like streaming services.
