The front desk staff was incredibly unhelpful when my husband and I needed assistance. We felt harassed, as our key cards were abruptly deactivated, leaving us unable to access our room and no staff were available to help us at that time.

Unfortunately, the room had several issues, including a burned-out light bulb and non-working outlets, which detracted from the experience. Despite being promised a welcome gift, it was not delivered until check-out, highlighting a lack of attention to detail in service. Additionally, the requested wake-up call did not occur, further complicating our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly, making us feel welcomed right from check-in. The spacious Executive King Suite offered plenty of room for our family. Take advantage of the local restaurants—great food options make for a delightful experience!

the fairfield inn had a great location, just 30 seconds from the 75 and 2 minutes to shops. the staff were super friendly and helped make our stay enjoyable. breakfast had scrambled eggs, bacon, and bagels, perfect for a quick bite before heading out.

We enjoyed the easy access to downtown Atlanta attractions, perfect for a family trip with our newborn. The staff was friendly, and we felt welcomed during our stay. The area around the hotel has plenty of options for nearby water adventures too!

The room was big enough for my whole family and very comfortable! ! My daughter loved the pool which was warm and inviting, a definite plus after a long day of driving.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but for what we got, it was still acceptable.

It was an excellent fit for shopping in Cartersville with all in all brilliant value for money. I called the front desk for help, and they were super friendly and made my stay much easier. Avoid parking on side streets if you have a trailer attached.
